What happens if you go over your answer limit? We warn you at 75% and 90%. At 100%, new AI answers pause until your next billing period or until you upgrade. We never charge you extra without asking. Repeated questions answered from cache don't count.

What is Ishtiga for?
You give it your own knowledge, like policies, price lists and product guides, and it answers questions from them. Your team can use it inside Ishtiga, and you can put the same assistant on your website for visitors.
How do citations work?
Every answer carries small numbered markers. Click one and you'll see the exact passage it came from, with the source name. If there's no supporting passage, the assistant says it doesn't know rather than guessing.
Will every answer be correct?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. AI answers can be wrong, which is exactly why each one shows its sources. Anyone reading an answer can check the passage before relying on it.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each customer gets their own organisation, and our server checks every single request so it can only reach that organisation's knowledge, members and settings.
How do I choose a plan?
Start with the 7-day trial. If you mostly want to try it on a small site, Starter at $19 a month is plenty. Growth at $49 suits most businesses with steady website traffic, and Business at $99 is for higher volumes. You can switch or cancel whenever you like.
